Well Rested Buff
Do all your characters get the well rested buff on reset? I have a Hunter and a Titan at level 20 and one character at 1. My Titan is the only one that seems to get the buff, whereas my Hunter does not get the buff.

I get that buff on all 3 of my characters,then again I three 305 characters.
