Cabbage and Lettuce

So I'm a military member serving in Italy trying to get this figured out. I can't really contact my service provider as I do not speak any Italian. I have forwarded ports and disabled my Firewall on my router or set it to low at least as a disable option is not available. Also allowing applications through this firewall is not an option as well. I have my ports forwarded and have done every last bit of Bungie network advice given. I'm not the only one with this router,However I am the only one receiving frequent disconnects every 15 min. My router is as follows: TIM Smart Modem Technicolor Model name : AGCOMBO Software Version : AGTOT_1.0.6 Hardware Version : VANT-6 Datapump version : A2pv6F039v2.d24n The game as of right now is barely playable meaning. I DC every 15 min on the dot. Any help what so ever would be much appreciated. I just want to enjoy.
