Luminous Engram Scaling Question
So I saw the devs talk about the scaling of Luminous Engrams when creating 2 characters of the same class. That it will not scale further once u have a character that received powerful gear. My Question is if I had two hunters and I delete both of them and create a fresh hunter, will the scaling of the Luminous Engrams reset?

Only after weekly reset hits after you only have 1 hunter.
