This is where I'm at: Started playing the game which froze once every 30 min. Then I came back from a crash (at level 11) and was BANNED with no reason given and without any process available to find out why I got banned or to get it overturned. They say bans are manual and permanent but then claim to have unbanned 4 people from the beta. With conflicting statements and policies, we are simply being lied to through and through.
