How did these "4 accounts" contact Bungie in the first place? Secondly, their "report" of 400 people being banned is BS... there are clearly far more than that. Thirdly they said that none of these bans were "auto" bans and were ALL manually banned which again is total BS as I know several people that clicked the play button, game launched and they were immediately banned. None of these players were using any purposeful or malicious software, just regular dudes trying to play d2. My account was also banned after several crashes during the tutorial mission at the beginning or whatever it's called... on the fourth or fifth reload of the game, account was banned. I'm also clearly not cheating or doing anything wrong. I'm planning to get together a class action lawsuit against this company... FRAUD!
