I also got banned while having Discord(no overlay), nVidia overlay, MSI Afterburner burner open. It happened 4 hours in and I got to level 9 and I tryed to refund through bNet, but I apparently had access to too much of the game already and wasn't able to get refunded and now i'm out 60 dollars for a game I can't even play anymore.

Call your CC company. State that an employee specifically said you would NOT be banned and that there is a KNOWN issue of being banned that is NOT being addressed, tell them the date the game launched and that it is less than 24/48 hours. Get refund, say FU to Bungo and Blizzard.

Keep pushing Blizzard CS and ask to escalate.
