Where did you see that at that their ignoring blizzard?

Can’t find the link but it was in ONE of these style threads. Person was on chat support to blizzard about the problem and the blizzard staff reported there getting zero information or responses from Bungie, best they can do is a refund as they don’t make the game. If I can find it I’ll post but there’s so many “got banned” threads it’s unlikely. It also seems blizzard support is buckling under the strain of this as well from what some people are reporting.
