So after 40 min on bnet support chat I got my refund (I think, haven't confirmed with my bank yet). I strongly suggest you all do the same before its too late, and maybe, MAYBE, buy the game again when all of this is solved.

You're one of the lucky ones. I was told that they wouldn't issue a refund because Bungie would deny it based upon the banned account status. Hope you get yours back though.

I’ve seen people just contacting blizzard for their refund. I’m on console so idk if it’ll work but it’s worth a shot.

The b.net support was actually very kind to me. They didn't even asked me what was wrong. I rly hope you get yours, this whole situation rly sucks.

Depending on how you payed, can't you contact your credit services and do a charge back? As long as you explain within reason and not make them annoyed at you, I don't see why they cant just do that.

Don't do that you will get permabanned from b.net for sure and lose your other blizzard games. Just keep trying the bnet support.
