Same boat, Ran the game perfectly fine for 2 hours before I got the ban, had EVGA XOC overlay on and I'm assuming that's the reason why..
Honestly did bungie expect users to know before hand that overlays could trigger the ban?? this is ridiculous especially on launch day.

They did tell you in the weekly update.

wtf is that? I don't follow updates and keep on with the development of Destiny 2, I'm not going to check on the official website and check on updates on the game when the PC release is a month after consoles. Pretty sure a lot of "normal" people don't follow the weekly updates and just want to play a game at the end of the day.

Seems ridiculous to assume everyone watched the weekly update. I would have been perfectly fine with a temporary ban/suspension instead of this bush league policy.
