The software on my pc has NOT changed since I ran the beta. Beta was flawless. I even streamed the 15 hours I played the beta, again, in full accordance with Bungie's 'rules'. So this blanket 'users fault' idiom needs to stop. And considering I'm not only coming into this as a gamer and fan of Bungie's IP's, but I'm also coming at this from an engineering perspective. This smacks of piss poor planning and not in fact researching the common pc gaming market and actually looking into everything that runs in the background of 90% of the gaming market. While I am in fact very salty about this situation personally, I hope that Bungie comes back with a valid response to this issue, and not some rhetoric about it saying well, you're banned just for clicking on a play button and you don't deserve answers as a paying customer.
