same here. I've been trying to get the game to launch since 1pm EST. I was live on Twitch with major hype happening for the launch, and when I logged into the Launcher to open the game, I was immediately slapped in the face with a 'Not so Fast' message and told my account is banned. Intolerable is the only 'nice' word that comes to my mind with this situation. I hope for Bungie's sake that they fix this and fast otherwise I smell a lawsuit.
