Getting behind in the power curve can be frustrating for finding groups for things like raids. There are several pretty casual clans that posted on this thread, and some of them seemed pretty chill. It's possible if you joined one you could get to do more end game activities, but aside from that it's just the weekly challenges for higher gear :(
