CONFIRMED - Luke Smith reverses Static Roll decision - Random Perks Coming
Luke Smith isn't that bad after all. He must have been listening to all the outrage on b.net forums.
Static Rolls are being removed and will replaced with Random Perks.
Too bad Bungie aren't going to implement it until the first DLC drops.

All we needed was a larger loot pool, a way to change up perks via upgrade or vendor purchase, or reforge with gunsmith. EDIT: Ah, one of these posts. Come on you need to do better at hiding youtube urls.
