Another incentive of being in a clan and playing with your mates would be exclusive gear (or ornaments, auras, etc.) that shows you're in a clan and/or how high ranked your clan is. It could drop in the personal contribution engram. That drop always seems lack luster as a random drop for personal contribution. I'd love a shader or a clan banner transmat to show off my clan more.
