Step 1: load into the 300 power level version of this week's nightfall Step 2: fight your way to the ghost scan KoTH area Step 3: advance to arc pulses Step 4: enter Up, Down, Up, Up, Up, Right, Down, Up on the D-Pad Step 5: Arc pulses reappear Step 6: enter each arc pulse, rewarding 15 Bright engrams and 10,000 silver each! This glitch does NOT work unless the arc pulses are NOT present originally when the area is entered. This can only be done in the bugged version of the prestige nightfall. Hopefully bungie does not fix this or take the nightfall out of rotation...
