Who wants an in game app that tracks what you have scanned and allows you to reference what is said? Reward those who explore!

I just want to scan it and it never get prompted to scan again. It kind of makes u feel like u found something new.. but you didn't. It's just the same thing u already scanned before. Kinda seems like Bungie's theme.
