I and my girlfriend preordered destiny 2 for xbox 1 from gamestop. It was supposed to come with the tracker ghost, cold heart and 600 silver. We got codes for all 3 each. All 3 codes were redeemed however we never recieved the silver. I contacted Microsoft and spoke to someone who checked on my account and codes entered. He acknowledged that it showed the codes were accepted but didnt give silver to either account. We ran through a couple of steps to fix that but nothing worked. So he gave me a phone number for bungie but you cant leave a message because the mailbox is full. So now what? Its complete crap !
