I think you're confused.
Grinding countless hours doesn't make you 'hardcore.' I'll gladly play countless hours of raids, trials and even crucible. What I refuse to do is grind countless hours for a weapon that gives me a noticeable advantage in crucible. Because grinding is not fun.
Do you not remember shot package shotguns? Do you not remember 1 shot efrideets? Do you not remember luck in the chamber snipes? Yeah, let's bring those back...because you know...those were such fun times.

Except rolls are random so someone can put in 10000 hours and not have it while someone can get lucky and get it first try. So what are you saying? I put in 10000 hours, couldn't get it got burned out and gave up on the game and I'm a filthy casual while your punk ass got it in 400 hours and you're f*king hardcore, GTFO here with that logic lmao.
