I don't agree, let's not go back to trying to get a gun for [i]months[/i] only to finally get an absolutely shitty roll. That is artificially extending playtime, nothing more.
If we DO go back to changing rolls, make each faction have particular perks available ONLY AT THAT FACTION. PvP based perks from Shaxx, for example. A nice mixture between neutral factions, PvE only for Zavala and Ikora.
