I'm being issues with my LAN it won't allow me to do anything in destiny 2. On the same modem it allows wifi but not LAN. Why is this?

@kellogs So I still haven't gotten my preordered kill tracker ghost from GameStop, and I called today and they said to "contact the manufacturer" is this bungie? If it is how am I supposed to contact them as they don't have a phone or email. Is it Sony?(I play on PS4)
