Firstly, the linked video is a review by Mtashed. I take no credit for that. Just thought I'd use it since it goes over the reasons why I think it needs love. The Lucky Pants look amazing. Their lore (supposedly) is as good as the aesthetic. The perk on it, however, is disappointing at best. You get Hot Swap and Quickdraw on any of your Hand Cannons. Whoop-de-doo. The way the I would buff them is, as their perk is called "Illegally Modded Holster," to have holstered Hand Cannons be reloaded after a few seconds. Essentially, give them Cocoon. That sounds a little more like an illegal mod than a quick-release holster. Also, they, since this is a pistol-buffing Exotic, should maybe apply the Quickdraw and Hot Swap effects to Sidearms (not auto-reloading them, as there are some [b]cough Omolon[/b] of them that are excellent in PvP). This could also be explained in the lore purposes, because the place where you would reload your Hand Cannons (even Sturm) is different from where you reload your Sidearm. This buff to it should make the weapon fit the cowboy fantasy that it kind of suggests, where you swap to your trusty sidearm, fully loaded, of course, and use it to blast whoever's unfortunate enough to be in your sights to hell.
