Not always. Me and a few other members of my raid team were finding ammo hard to come by sometimes during the final encounter. And im by no means a spray and pray. I try to be very conservative of ammo for damage phases. People were having to resort to killing the psions to drop heavy which causes more adds to spawn in. During patrol and strike it may work fine but not in the Raid. Way to much emphasis on adds and majors where you can get away with not burning through ammo.
