Okay, this has bugged me since I spotted it, and I can't find details about it online. When I am in the Tower, every now and then I hear a quiet noise and see golden sparkles rise up from the floor around me, kind like in D1 when you levelled up (IIRC). I have no idea what this is, as I currently have no active buffs (no Well rested etc). I wondered if this was just a visual notification of sorts signifying that my clan has upped their XP (although I don't see the usual "XP Received" pop-up when it happens). So...I am at a loss. Google searches just bring up D1 stuff. Anyone got any ideas?
