Preorded the game and got the coldheart as a drop
Not sure if this has been posted already but so I preordered the game and saw I was supposed to get coldheart included as preorder bonus. I got my character to level 20 before completing the campaign and my first exotic engram drop was a coldheart. Upon completing the game I never got my guaranteed coldheart like my friend did who was on my fireteam. Is this a joke or is RNG broken?

I actually pre-ordered the game back in May the Digital Deluxe form at that I never received mine to begin with so, go figure their broken system is just like the level 400 mote of light from the rise of iorn. Count your self lucky, cold heart isn't even supposed to roll from an exotic till December, most likely the system gave it in a exotic roll because you couldn't talk to Cayde yet, that would be my guess if you met the level 20 req.
