I prefer to play solo because I also have limited time to play and I hate spending upwards to 15-20 minutes at a time waiting for friends who go afk or go do something. I purposely have my online status show offline 90% of the time. I'm not against fire teams as a whole, I can deal well with people who want to get stuff done or understand having a time restraint.
