I've seen quite a few posts about other players talk about their mida minitool not appearing in their inventory, and I am not pleased to say that I have had the "pleasure" of receiving this surprise as well. I am aware Bungie is trying to fix this, but I do "NOT" want to buy it from Devrim for a lower power score. I did the quest for the sole intent of getting higher power gear in week 1, and I was going to get a 280 mida minitool, so my question is "How are you going to fix this problem Bungie?". Am I going to be disappointed and purchase a lower power level mida minitool, or are you going to fix this in an appropriate manner?
