Kelloggs...... Pop Tarts Promotion (Need Help)
I'm trying to create an account and I keep getting
"The Username value is already in use by a different profile other than profile ID."
I have tried everything. Other email, clearing history, other browsers etc. I have emailed them and still nothing they said they would get back to me soon and that was 2 hours ago...
Can anyone help me?

EDIT : Now I have an account but it wont let me sign back in. I have my receipts pending but it says I need to enter my personal info AGAIN.... Any advice?

6 RisposteModificato da C_THE_LADY: 9/5/2017 12:49:00 AMI was having the same problem. Leave out your phone number and uncheck the box to have text messages sent. Then go in after and add your cell number then submit receipts. This is what worked for me.
