The BETA is for them to find issues with the game via our game play. They are doing their best to try and fix things on the fly, or at the very least, collect data that will help them fix it before launch. Updates are usually posted on their twitter feed, if anything. You may get a response occasionally from the HLP team if they have an answer from the devs, but not guaranteed. Make the reports and provide details - they are watching.
