Voting fraud goes unnoticed unreported and even possibly unpunished quite often. Trump exaggerates things so frequently that he is obviously overblowing this issue, but its still massively influencing democracy in favor of both major parties. I'm a centrist, so I tend to talk shit about both sides. I still lean right through. But "bias" is something anyone who is old enough to develop their own views has, wether they believe it or not. So that won't debunk my statement properly.
