I was looking through the lore, and I decided to check out the exo stranger, and I found something Very interesting.. | SPOLIERS | Ghost Fragment- I Stand Here Now and now and now and many times, this view, this ground... The silent Avalanche begins. Rock and dust. Falling chaos. Machines, as a rule, hate chaos. Our enemies outflank us from below, above, left, right, before, beyond... No Time To Explain- Novarro's timeline analysis indicates the weapon is the fabled strangers rifle, enchanted at a future point in this continuity... If you read the spoiler of the ghost shard, you should know that she describes an event very closely related to an attack on the tower. I also included the description of no time to explain, (the upgraded version to the weapon the stranger gives you) and in the description, it is said to be a weapon of the future. Putting two and two together, I believe, (in theory) that if this weapon is really from the future, then maybe the stranger could time travel, sort of like the vex, and she was at the traveler during the attack. In the end of vanilla destiny, she even said our paths would cross again. Not maybe. They WOULD. This might just be a waste of time, but I thought I should just put this out there, for everyone who wanted the stranger to be in D2.
