  • I purchased the Witch Queen Deluxe Edition on the 22nd of December but I only have partial access. I troubleshoot it with Sony by restoring licenses, signing in and out of my PSN account. Now they asked me to contact Bungie. They believe it is an internal issue because I have access to a part of the content. I have access to the “Spire of the Witcher Dungeon” “Prophecy Dungeon” and “Kings Fall Raid” but not “The Ghosts Expansions” “The Wellspring Attack” “Vow of the Disciple Raid” or any of the two strikes Please Help! I want to start playing the campaign

  • Cross save won't unlink because I have 300 silver in my PSN account. I don;t care about the silver I just want to play my characters and I can't. It says I have to wait 69 days for some srupid reason. Please help!!

  • How can i get the base game installed digitally? I used to have the original disc but i gave it to a friend because my ps4 has issues with the disc drive. I bought all expansions seperatly at the time of release. So i don't like buying destiny the collection since it would cost unnesecary money for me. I can start up trial mode from destiny 1 and see all 3 of my characters but i can't access my downloadable content. Is there a way i can upgrade to the full version? which i used to own.without having to spend money again. Regards Michaël Thank you in advance

  • I just got booted off a competitive match and the game just started i’m on PlayStation 5 and its no internet problems. I wish they had contact number to get this resolved, this is not the first time

  • this is a terrible way to fix problems. the instant chats i get the first guy i talked to told me i was wrong and abruptly ended the chat, but i know i am right because i had a friend purchase the same thing and it worked for him

    I'm having account issues.. So far for the past three days I have been unable to access my characters using any companion or item manager app. I've used multiple applications, multiple devices such as phones/laptop/iPad/etc, and have scoured the internet for a fix but I honestly can't find an answer; much less someone else who's experienced this. Furthermore, I cant load any of my account cross save data. But everything in settings looks fine. All platforms are still linked. Any kind of companion app tells me my account info cant be found. DIM, D2 companion and not even armor picker work for me. I wish I could get into contact because this is a legit issue and I assure its not user error. I've exhausted all my resources. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. -FRxBear *UPDATE* For whatever reason I cant delete this reply so in the off chance someone ends up here with the same issue, I found the fix. As crazy as it sounds, go into all 3 characters and change all of your emblems.. My situation I ended up pulling an emblem from collections on my titan. idk what the bug was, but I noticed I had the same one on my warlock. I changed all emblems and deleted the duplicate on my titan and now I have access to all my issues above. Smh... of all the crazy bugs I've seen in my gaming career, this one takes the cake. GG Bungie.. Should've never sold Halo..

    A Destiny 2 character is required to create a fireteam. Create a character in game or sign into an account with a character. just got this message on lfg and cant create a fireteam ???????? already fixed if someone fixed tysm

  • My bungie.net account and bungie store account are linked, but it's saying they aren't, and when I try to follow the prompt and link them it says they ran into an issue. I was told to contact bungie about it, but there's literally nowhere to do so. I'm just trying to claim my rewards and I can't because it won't recognize that the accounts are linked.

  • I joined a raid 4days ago and I was kicked after just one fail.I then received abusive messages from l McBruh l and then he banned me from playing destiny 2.I have tried and tried to solve this problem with bungie but no one has even replied.I have still got the abusive messages I was sent and I would like to get back to playing destiny 2 today as I’ve been unable to talk to friends or do any raids or dungeons with friends.please reply asap and help me out with this problem.many thanks,Paul James Harrison (stargategangsta)

  • Purchased all the expansions and DLCs on Steam but when I checked the linked accounts on my Destiny companion app it asks me to buy the Expansions again. Tried to authenticate and it tells me it’s not the account linked but if that’s the case, who does it show up on my cross saves? It won’t let me unlink or change info. When I start the game on steam it’s basically starting Destiny over as it doesn't port my toons over
