11 RispostePreorder exclusive pretty much guarantees it will be shit. You all know that bungie "balances" based on opinion and nothing else. Everyone that didn't preorder will just say it's broken and Bungie will nerf it to hell. But really, it's probably a shit weapon anyway and they just showed clips as it fired killshots on near death enemies. Strange that they had to spend so much time to get a persistent beam to work since they managed it in halo 3...
