Yeah, in PVE super and grenade both drag. Combined with the slow movement, it almost doesn't feel like Destiny so far. In PVP it seems like you need multiple kill streaks if you want to get it before the last 30s of a match. Still getting used to it, but so far it seems like both need a bit of a bump in super energy per kill, and grenade recharge needs to be at least 10s faster. Maybe 20s in PVE.
