Might it be possible that the current Beta could be like WoW's pre-expansion preview and we're just playing with the base super charge rate...and everything basically becomes playable once we buff those base stats with gear/enhancements?

Even so is 1 minute less gonna hurt for supers? I totally get grenade spam prevention. Gonna suck hard for PVE though in any case.
