Well its good and bad for Team shotting. Pros : No more crying about OHK weapons as you were probably shot by multiple people. Cons : The 1v1 people were hoping for, is extremely rare. Every beta "review" so far has stated this. Its gang up and kill or be killed. As for health regen, theres a 1 second and some change longer. If your team is down one guy, your screwed. The other team can steam roll you pretty fast and almost no coming back from it.
