I might if the 2 pre order codes for my wife and myself actually worked.Nothing but a waste of time and money so far.Very dissatisfied. What a joke retail store blames bungie for bad codes. Bungie says get new code from retail store. Nothing but BS to take money for nothing. I will be cancelling both pre orders tomorrow

The code process is pretty convoluted make sure you're doing it right. First thing is to take your receipt code and go to Bungie.net/redeem after you enter the 9 digit code there a popup will appear that has a link to your profile where you will chose your system ie. ps4,xbox,pc. Once you chose it will ask to confirm and will give you a code for your system. For Ps4 you'll go to the store and scroll all the way to the bottom of the list to Redeem codes and enter the 12 digit code that you received.

Yeah I did the same thing, but if you enter the same code on that bungie.net/redeem page there will be a popup with some blue text that is acually a link to your destiny profile /redemtion page (seems like theres no other way to get to that page BTW) and under the headline Destiny2 there will be the system verification link. Hope this helps.

Did you check your profile under codes? They won't send the download code to you directly.
