Are Transversive Steps still in the game
I swear Xûr isn't going to sell them any time soon.
I haven't seen a boot engram drop from ToC in eons.
If Xûr does sell a boot engram, it's a legacy engram.
Nightfalls pretty much only reward crap legendaries now.
Pretty sure these are the most difficult exotic to acquire.

1 RispondiI got Transversive Steps months ago from 3oC. Since then I have not gotten any when decrypting boot engrams. This discussion made me wonder if the engram or the armor is bugged. I have a lot of exotic engrams saved in the vault. So during the past two days I decrypted 5 boot engrams to see what would happen. None of them decrypted into Transversive Steps.
