Tier 12 from silver dust packages?
I have a bunch of silver dust and I was buying packages from the kiosk looking for t12 armor. Bought about 10 so far and none are even close. Bad luck or can they not be rolled t12?

2 RisposteT12 is not worth the effort. So you get a melee in 50 seconds instead of 55 seconds.
