DOOM guy wins. If you've read the lore from DOOM 2016, it says that his armour is seemingly completely impervious to standard physical damage. Besides that, he's granted superspeed, strength, durability, immortality and endless stamina by a group of guardian angels. He's been waging wars against all the forces of hell for potentially thousands of years or more and has killed all of their greatest warriors which includes demons that are hundreds of feet tall. He also has access to a seemingly more powerful arsenal and power ups that increase his capabilities to god-like levels. I mean come on, he's essentially god's chosen warrior.
