I was just watching a video of the speaker and how he could've possibly left and it made me think of the dead orbit group on how they want to leave and some could've already left, new monarchy could possibly try an uprising with no speaker or since the powers are off for a bit, and maybe future war cult maybe was ready or is and they had they're weapons elsewhere or lost from the attack too.
