Stop whining
You have not played D2. A lot of the people who played it have said it was promising. Please whine and complain after the beta. It is not just there to build hype.

A lot of people who played it also said that the PvP gameplay is significantly slower, as everything we have does less damage, and our former special weapons now need heavy ammo to us. I look forward to the PvE aspect of the game, but everything I've seen and heard concerning PvP is simply a turn off. And some of the things I've seen and heard are just mind blowingly stupid. I'm not surprised. BNG has been screwing their game by artificially making it slower for years. With a new game, they have decided to take an even bigger leap in that direction. I do eagerly wait for the day it blows up in their face so much, that either they fix it, or end the series. #TitanMasterRace

2 RisposteI think you're forgetting the Alpha build of Destiny, Beta build of Destiny and our current finished Beta build were playing rn Do you seriously think D2 is going to be a better Destiny 1? No, so far the stuff they showed looks like they regressed in terms of UI and cosmetics and even abilities, gun play, weapon dmg, etc So far current D1 looks better than D2 Beta builds.

I enjoyed destiny but at the same time it had its downsides. I think we're all entitled to bitch and moan having spent so much money and time on it, the best thing about it is the social side.

I play the game as much as I did year 1 cept I rage about connection a lot. Ya bungie should fix it but you can't always get what you want. The game is amazing. Grade a. Betas have bugs, glitches, lack all the content, and many other issues that are expected for a beta. I think people miss the purpose of betas and incorrectly use them to judge a game. They are there for the devs sake, almost like a soft opening for a game to make sure there are no huge, gamebreaking issues that would be nearly impossible to fix after a full release. They are also there to get data and feedback on things that devs are on the fence about trashing or keeping. It's silly to whine about a beta Imo, that's like eating a meal that's only partly cooked, and complaining that it tastes nasty. You can't judge whether or not you'll like the entire finished product, by playing a small buggy, piece of it. Sure you can get some idea of how a game is by playing the beta, especially if it's a brand new ip that didn't have a huge reveal to give you an idea of what it's like. This is not what destiny 2 is though. We have some idea of what its going to feel like, and the core mechanics simply because we played D1. The reveal did a good job explaining the overall experience so we aren't going in completely blind even if they canceled the beta. The Beta for D2 should not be used for anything more than to point out bugs, exploits, and glitches; and to hold you over a bit before the official release of all the content. Play the whole game and everything it has to offer. Than come back and give your constructive and realistic criticism.

5 RisposteIm so excited. The new weapon system is dope. The one shot kill weapons really are power weapons. Since ppl cried about shotguns and snipers, these are the results and i think its genius. The ability tree, the new weapon sounds, jumping is smoother. I could go on and on. Enhanced supers. Just everything. And that was a small reveal. Theres so much more to explore. I cant wait😄😁

1 RispondiNot here to complain but you have to understand the expectations of many people. Year is 2017 and... Top shelf price. A top tier multiplayer game on 30 FPS without dedicated servers. PvP max 4x4 Some people complain just because it's their way of life. Some try to expose their concerns in a constructive way.

If Promising equals: more cinematics, less orbit time, an in game Clan based LFG, and adventure patrols... sure. BUT if promising equals: no dedicated PVP servers, a massive scale down to 4v4 only PVP game play, 30fps, and relatively very little "new" content (ie. little in the way of PVP maps, strikes, and raids) then your definition of promising is ludicrous sir!
