Are you really going to let the framerate of the game affect your opinion of the overall experience? Since when does fps count towards making a good game? Destiny 1 wasn't in 60fps. Who cares? PLAY THE DAMN GAME AND HAVE FUN! If not, go get a PC and start from scratch. That way you can gloat all you want and still no one will care.
