My opinion...
4vs4 ONLY & ALL in PvP is terrible. I was personally hoping for...
Large scale battles of 16+ players (8vs8) (12vs12) etc...
Dedicated Severs
Ranked / Social playlists
I really get the impression of small skill based matchmaking on p2p laggy connections.
Not the impression I was hoping to get.

Are you serious? Destiny is a PvE focused fps with PvP added in. Not the other way around. I think bungie is more focused on the PvE side of things. If they do expand the PvP aspect of Destiny, you can bet PvE will be worse due to more developers focused on PvP. Also, considering what is in Destiny right now, the lag in 8vs8 and 12vs12 modes would be horrendous. This isn't CoD, where the only thing that matters is PvP

Yes I was being serious on WHAT I HOPED TO SEE ON THE PVP SIDE of Destiny 2. Side note: Destiny is such a robust story driven PVE masterpiece.... Whatever I don't care anymore....

Yeah man. I was waiting for them to say dedicated servers. My other question is how open are these worlds? Invisible barriers every place? Im just not sold yet and honestly for pvp 4v4 is a let down. If i want great competative 4v4 halo 5 is the place to go as an xbox player. I kind of feel let down but lets see.

Without dedicated servers, this seems like the quick fix to sort lag out in pvp. Smaller teams, less lag.

Wanna play on my account? Quite often it's 6 different countries in 3v3. After I researched this I decided dedicated servers were a must for me to play pvp in D2. This honestly sorts nothing :/ This definitely was the quick and cost-effective route.

Kind of happy its 4v4. Sometimes there is too many super going on. This way it might actually make for more gunplay

Do you remember D1 first year? Grinding for materials. Terrible upgrade system. The beauty of this game is that it will evolve with what the community wants. That could be an option in the future. Who knows! :)
