Why is a HC Better Than an Auto Rifle?

I think this hand canon meta is garbage.

They aren't. It all depends on the roll. Look at the Arminius-d on my Warlock. It's a more than decent roll (for that gun) and will outshoot "most" Palindromes because it pours headshots in like a laser.
