Was the Universal Remote meant to be a shotgun and sniper hybrid?
It sure seems like it. The grimoire says it was meant to be a shotgun, and have as much damage range as a presicion rifle.

Based on the art book that came with the original ghost edition of the game I assumed it would be a shotgun that acts like a scout rifle when sighted... I still love it, even after all the nerfs, but I was initially disappointed.
