As a defender main I have noticed during my cast of ward of dawn in getting killed a lot more now, have they shadow nerfed the health buff whilst casting? Or is this a negative affect that has happened since they messed with certain health regen perks, I'm not talking about as if cast the bubble and I'm buffed by the ward, I'm talking about the animation. Also I've found my saldins vigil not hitting like it used to, another possible hidden Fusion rifle nerf? Any help would be useful.
