Sniper hit registration = JOKE
Damn I missed that, ooh ok I got a headshot?
Bang on target, what I didn't even get a body shot??!!!

I looked frame by frame at some sniper shots I missed and interestingly enough I found that higher range does less damage but hits a target in one frame. If it has max stability and low range it hits harder but hits in second frame. I did this with a Hawksaw too. Range basically speeds up bullet time.
