Will character data (not gear) transfer to Destiny 2 across platforms?
I.E. If I've been playing on Xbox or PS and I want to swap to PC for D2, will my character appearance, data, and any other potential recognition of my progress be granted if I swap?
Curious for a friend more for myself. But it's a good question

1 RispondiThat is likely going to be a big fat NO. Understand each platform's storage servers operate on a totally different architecture and likely a totally different database back end. That means that the characters cannot be shared or transferred across family lines (PC<>PS, PS<>XB, XB<>PC). Plus both Microsoft and Sony specifically requested this NOT be an option for this game to lock the players into whichever specific model.
