PSN to XBONE Progress transfer
I played all of year one on PSN. At year two I played a little of both before committing fully to XBONE. Is there any way for me to receive credit in the Age of Triumph Record Book for XBONE for my year one progress on PSN.

No. Progress is not shared between platforms. But the book rewards are emblems and a shirt. So don't sweat it too much.
