I've been playing destiny three years straight everyday taking small breaks in between and it is a good game. As you said it isn't perfect and there are time I even made post about its problems were I should be looking at the fact that no matter what I still have Greta memories of year one and that I'm still turning it on everyday. I've never played a game that kept me going for that long to be honest and I'm very excited about destiny 2. Also I haven't been in Reddit so I can't help you there haha
